Sick Child Diagnosis & Treatment
All of our providers are either board-certified pediatricians or board-certified pediatric nurse practitioners. All of our providers are required to acquire many hours annually of continuing education. With many pediatric providers in the same office, the providers can consult with each other for difficult cases. We are in close communication with all of the pediatric subspecialists at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo.
You can be sure that your child is receiving the best possible care for sick-child diagnosis and treatment.
Amherst Pediatric Associates now has expanded hours for the care of your sick child. The office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday for the care of your sick child. Usually you are asked to call the office for an appointment to have your sick child seen and the phone lines open up at 7:30 a.m. However, the office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday on a walk-in basis for your acutely ill child.
Please call our nurses at 716-632-8050 for medical advice or to make an appointment. If your child is experiencing a true medical emergency, please do not hesitate to call 911.
